Landlord Electrical Safety Pack for Cardiff Rentals

If you let a property in Cardiff, you need more than one safety check. Our landlord pack covers the main electrical ones in a single visit: the EICR, a fire alarm report, an emergency lighting report and PAT testing for up to 20 appliances. You get one booking, tenants have one disruption, and all your reports come back together.

What’s included

• EICR for properties up to 3 bedrooms
• Fire alarm inspection and test report
• Emergency lighting report
• PAT testing for up to 20 items

Bigger properties and HMOs: see HMO electrical testing.

Why book them together

Tenants get one visit instead of three, all your reports carry the same date so they’re easy to track, and your agent gets everything at once.

What you get back

Digital reports, and a plain-English list of anything that needs fixing, with a separate quote. Each report shows when it is next due.

Ongoing cover
